工(gōng)作注意(yì)事項:1、開(kai)機前應(yīng)檢查泵(beng)軸轉動(dong)是否靈(ling)活，有無(wu)卡阻現(xiàn)象，進出(chū)口🔴管💋道(dao)上的閥(fá)門是否(fou)開啟，泵(beng)的旋轉(zhuan)方向是(shi)✌️否正确(que)。2、長時間(jiān)沒有使(shǐ)用的泵(beng)開機前(qián)應向泵(beng)腔中注(zhu)入一定(ding)💃🏻量的潤(rùn)滑液，以(yi)減少泵(bèng)在吸油(you)過程中(zhong)的幹摩(mo)擦🍉，并可(kě)提高泵(beng)自💞吸性(xìng)㊙️能。3、開機(ji)後如有(you)不正常(cháng)的噪音(yīn)或過熱(rè)現象，應(yīng)立即停(tíng)車檢查(cha)。4、檢查泵(bèng)軸端有(yǒu)無洩露(lu)現象，如(rú)：對填料(liao)密封應(yīng)适當調(diao)緊壓緊(jǐn)蓋、其他(tā)密封則(zé)應拆機(jī)檢查。5、若(ruo)輸送熱(rè)油，在開(kāi)車時應(yīng)均勻預(yu)熱，預熱(rè)是利用(yòng)被輸送(sòng)的👄介❄️質(zhi)不斷通(tōng)過泵體(tǐ)進行的(de)。6、泵停機(jī)時，首先(xian)切斷電(diàn)源，然後(hou)關閉進(jìn)出口管(guan)道上的(de)閥門😘，避(bì)免造成(cheng)泵倒轉(zhuǎn)。Work matters needing attention: 1, should check whether the pump shaft rotation is flexible, before starting the presence of jam phenomenon, import and export pipeline valve is open, the direction of rotation of the pump is correct.2, long time no use the pump to the pump before starting the cavity inject a certain amount of lubricant to reduce the pump in the dry friction in the process of oil absorption, and can improve the performance of self-priming pump.3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.4, check whether there is any leakage on the pump shaft end phenomenon, such as: the packing should be properly tighten clamp cover and other sealing should teardown check.5, if conveying hot oil, while driving should be uniform preheating, preheating is to use the media constantly through the pump body to be delivered.6, when the pump stop, cut off power supply first, then close the import and export pipeline valve, avoid to cause back pump.
