   KCB齒輪油(yóu)泵在輸油系統(tong)中可用作傳輸(shū)、增壓泵；KCB gear oil pump in the oil system can be used as a transport, booster pump;

   KCB齒輪泵主(zhu)要有齒輪、軸、泵(beng)體、安全閥、軸端(duan)密封所組成。齒(chǐ)輪經熱處理✊有(you)較高的硬度和(hé)強度，與軸一同(tong)安裝在可更換(huan)的軸套内運轉(zhuan)。泵🔴内全部零件(jian)的潤滑均在泵(beng)工作時利用輸(shū)出介質而自動(dong)達到。KCB gear pump are mainly gear, shaft, pump body, valve, shaft end seal. 　　1、在安裝過程中(zhong)，為防止雜物落(luò)入機器内，機組(zu)的所🌍有孔眼均(jun1)應蓋好。1, during the installation process, so as to prevent debris into the machine, all perforation should cover of the unit.

　　2、在接好(hao)管路及确定電(diàn)動機轉動方向(xiàng)後，再接上聯🌐軸(zhóu)器，并再校核一(yi)遍軸的同心度(dù)。2, good on the line and determine the direction of motor rotation, and coupling is connected, check it again and shaft concentricity.

　　3、校正泵軸和電(diàn)機軸的同心度(dù)，在聯軸大路外(wai)圓上，允許偏差(chà)0.1毫米；兩聯軸器(qi)平面的間隙應(ying)保證2～4毫米，（小泵(bèng)取小值）間隙要(yào)均勻，允差0.3毫米(mi)。3, calibration of pump shaft and motor shaft concentricity, cylindrical, along the road in coupling allowable deviation of 0.1 mm;In the plane of the two coupling gap should guarantee 2 ~ 4 mm, small little pump (in value) clearance wants even, tolerance of 0.3 mm.

　　4、将機組放在埋(mai)有地腳螺栓的(de)基礎上，在底座(zuò)與基礎之間，用(yòng)㊙️成對的楔墊用(yong)校正用。4, put the unit in buried with anchor bolt, on the basis of between the base and foundation, with pairs of wedge cushion with correction.

　　5、為防止(zhǐ)管線中雜物進(jìn)入泵内，對新安(an)裝的管線，在泵(beng)膠應裝🤞設過濾(lü)器，其有效截面(mian)應大于吸入管(guǎn)截面的2～3倍。5, in order to prevent debris into the pump in the pipeline, pipeline of new installation glue should be installed in the pump filters, the effective cross section should be greater than the suction pipe section 2 ~ 3 times.

　　6、松開(kāi)聯軸大，用水平(píng)儀分别放在泵(bèng)軸和底座上，通(tōng)過調整楔👌墊😘，校(xiào)正機組水平，适(shi)當擰緊地腳螺(luó)栓，以防走動。6, loose coupling, use level on the pump shaft and base, respectively, by adjusting the wedge cushion, correction unit level, tighten the anchor bolts, just in case.

　　7、在(zai)機組實際試運(yun)行2～3小時後，作最(zui)後檢查，如無不(bú)良現象，則認為(wei)安裝合格。
